For Technicians

This Refund Policy applies to appliance repair professionals (“Technicians,” “Partners,” or “Users”) who purchase leads or services through Fix Home Appliances (“Fix Home Appliances,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing leads or maintaining an account with Fix Home Appliances, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

All lead purchases made through Fix Home Appliances are final.

Fix Home Appliances does not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks for leads purchased, regardless of outcome, including but not limited to:

  • Leads that do not convert into booked jobs

  • Customers who do not answer or respond

  • Customers who choose another service provider

  • Leads that do not result in completed repairs

  • Pricing disagreements between technician and customer

Nature of Leads

Fix Home Appliances provides marketing and lead-generation services only. We do not guarantee:

  • Job bookings

  • Revenue or profits

  • Customer responsiveness

  • Repair outcomes

Leads are delivered based on information provided by customers at the time of submission.

Technician Responsibility

By purchasing leads, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for promptly contacting leads

  • Conversion depends on response time, pricing, availability, and customer preferences

  • You assume all business risk associated with lead purchases

No Guarantees

Fix Home Appliances makes no warranties or representations regarding:

  • Lead quality or job value

  • Accuracy or completeness of customer information

  • Licensing, insurance, or customer eligibility

All leads are provided “as is.”

Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent termination of access

  • Collection efforts for unpaid balances

We encourage technicians to contact support before initiating any disputes.

Changes to This Policy

Fix Home Appliances reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
